What We Do

The Just Convergence is an incubator for organizations led by people with direct experience in the criminal justice system. We provide operational support, compliance guidance, research partnerships, and shared infrastructure — so effective programs can scale without losing what makes them work.

Our first cohort includes organizations building corrections technology, reentry services, trafficking prevention programs, and family connection. We also serve as prime applicant on federal-level programs, bringing our cohort members into large-scale data and service delivery projects alongside established research partners.
